Perennial herb with annual flowering stems growing from a woody rootstock. Leaves very varied in shape from linear-elliptic to broadly ovate. Inflorescence mostly terminal, sometimes with 1-3 spaced verticils lower along the stem. Corolla white to pale mauve with violet lines on the upper lip. Stamens long exserted. |
